Anyone have bloody show?

I'm currently past due 40w4d. My due date was March 26th. Last night I went to the bathroom and experienced what is said to be bloody show. I've been having cramps since yesterday and the whole night I couldn't sleep because it kept waking me up. I'm worrying about when I should go to the hospital or not. I don't know if these are contractions because they are bearable. However I do have a lot of pain towards my lower pelvic area and my stomach feels super heavy. Is any one else having the same problem? Because I had bloody show I know that I should be going into labor soon but don't know when! Help!

I def did. But I was in pretty active labor at 4 cm with painful contractions.

But seriously, call your doctor if you're concerned. We're a board of mothers/soon-to-be-mothers. Not OBs/midwives.

I experienced bloody show along with irregular contractions. I thought it was false labor. But I called the doctor and they told me to go to l&d since I was having ongoing bloody discharge. I went and it turned out my water had broke so I was admitted. Had my DD later that day! GL.
