Can I just ______ already?!: Can I just see the future? For once? :P

Signs/Symptoms: This is my first cycle on injectables. Went to RE this morning and I had 5 measurable follies, which was great. However, RE is concerned and (thankfully) monitoring closely to make sure I don't develop OHSS and end up with too many mature follie. They are concerned about how high my estradiol is at this point. The follies are all between 10 and 12 but my estradiol is >1000. They may need to bring it back down with lupron. They also instructed me not to exercise so I don't end up with ovarian tortion even though my ovaries are normal sized, currently.

Explain your Crazy here: I can never set aside the control freak that lives inside of my head. I am trying but failing at being patient with the process. I just want to know everything NOW. Will this be a viable cycle? With I develop OHSS? Will I need the lupron to bring down the estradiol? I just need to get out of my own way.

This is my first cycle temping. I have a crazy work schedule so I wasn't sure of it was going to work but I think it did! I'm proud of myself for sticking with it! And look at that I'm not a generic cd14 ovulater

I'm glad you are doing good on the crazy level! I hope you don't get OHSS and I'm glad your doctor is being proactive about watching for it and any other complications. When will they make the decision on the Lupron?

Symptoms: mild cramps, heartburn, breaking out like a teenager.. All the good stuff.
Explain your crazy: I successfully waited until today to POAS, and it was negative, so I'm trying to tell myself it's still too early. We had to travel OOT for a funeral so I left the pee sticks at home and won't be able to test until Monday, which is also my blood test.. Ugh the suspense is killing me!

11 dpo is still early and waiting a couple more days is a good idea. I'm sorry for the heartburn, that is miserable!

Normally, you want to see a sustained rise of about .5. Keep using the OPKs and maybe start testing twice a day (early afternoon and before bed) if you are not already. It's possible that you have a slow rise but I'm going to guess that you have not O'd yet based on what you provided.

Are you tracking your CM? That might also help in pin-pointing O.

I'm glad you are doing good on the crazy level! I hope you don't get OHSS and I'm glad your doctor is being proactive about watching for it and any other complications. When will they make the decision on the Lupron?

SO...in the middle of my tonsillitis last week I made it to my new RE appointment last Wednesday. The nurse did and ultra sound and was joking about how think the lining of my uterus was and that CD 1 was coming any second. That evening I had a gush of blood and thought that AF was on her way. Since then I've barely filled a light tampon every 6-8 hours and that was only for a day or two. Went in on Friday for CD 3 (or so I thought) base line blood work testing and another ultrasound. My lining was still thick so the nurse said I probably had a lot more of blood to come and that there was a cysts on my right ovary probably from where I O'd last cycle. She said that I would be getting a call back on Saturday for the results of my blood work and when to start taking the Femara.

Well yesterday the nurse called and said that we have a big change of plans. That cyst is actually a mature follicle measuring 2cm and asked if I had my trigger shot yet! All of my blood work pointed towards me not having ovulated yet from my 2/28 cycle WTF? Since I haven't filled that prescription yet she said to cover with intercourse last night and that they would have me back in the office on Monday to check what the follicle was doing and if I still haven't O'd on Monday we would do the trigger and then IUI on Tuesday!

This is just so crazy!! I know my cycles have been super short since my first loss in September but I guess everything else is also totally wonky too! I am so happy I decided to move over to an RE because if this is how crazy my body is going to be at least I'm being treated by doctors who can monitor me.

Signs/Symptoms: Ugh, well I was pretty sure I Od either night of cd 21 or early yesterday (symptoms disapeared). Had my pos opk cd 21. However, my temp only slightly went up today.

Explain your Crazy here:I'm confused, and hoping this isn't a PCOS fake out. If I put in dummy temps the next few days it says O today, which I don't think so. I've been struggling with dry mouth this month more than usual. Also, last night I had severe diariah and this morning feel like vomiting. Not sure sickness can lower a temp? I think I need to just wait and see, and hope for the best. Don't think I can keep HIO last night was a stretch

Yesterday is a possibility if your temps start jumping tomorrow. You could just be having a slow rise. Or it could be a pcos fake out. What is your met dosage?

If the dry mouth (mouth breathing?) continues you may want to try vaginal temping next cycle and see if there is a difference in your chart.

Im on 1000mg, been oing last two cycles so in hopeful. I might try vaginal temping...

Crazy level today: 5

I'm ready for my cycle to regulate post d&c. I'm still benched until June/July... But I'm tired of pads and not being intimate with DH. I'm also going to need to talk with my doctor this week because after DH and I were making out last night, my cervix hurt. Probably just healing from the tears/stitches (I had complications during the d&c over 2 weeks ago), but it was concerning. Boo!

I don't know yet if I'll cover it with my PCP or my OB. I'm currently mad at my OB.

Can I ride the train today/this weekend??? I'd like to preface this that I'm a pro when it comes to IVF and infertility treatments since my issues didn't warrant natural conception (supposedly) so I'm like a TTGP newb when it comes to temping and OPK.... but given light of recent evens I thought I'd try it out on my own and see what happened!

CD/DPO: Uhhh... CD12 or maybe?? 2dpo?

Can I just ______ already?!: Know what to expect from my body?!?

Signs/Symptoms: Cramps on left side Thursday, CD9 and possibly EWCM??
Explain your Crazy here: Been using OPK, not temping....just OPK just to see if anything would happen. Well... OPK had very faint lines to start on CD5 got progressively darker until CD10 which was nearly a positive (OMG!!!!!) that night but then started getting lighter and lighter. I'm wondering if I did have an LH surge and ovulated that maybe I missed it between Thursday night and Friday night (again...only peeing once a day, I'm a newb so shoot me, LOL) so now I'm obsessively Googling OPK info.

I find it helps to remind myself that I have done everything I can. Now, all you can do is sit and wait. Try to hold out until 12dpo. It will be here before you know it.

((((hugs)))). I'm sorry about the complications and hope you heal quickly. Have you thought about finding a different OB? I'm not sure if your PCP will have the expertise on this subject to give you the best answer.

I don't think I O'd, now CM is sticky so maybe an anovulatory cycle? Last month I had some atypical mid cycle spotting. Based on that looks like O was CD 22 with only a 9 day LP... So confused... What the fucking fuck??

Try not to worry too much about one temp. I often get a dip a couple days post O. I think I read that it's caused by a normal post-O estrogen surge.

If you did not O, it's a bit early to call it anovulatory. You may just be having a longer cycle. Definitely keep a watch on your LP length to see if it is consistently 9 days or less.

Also, if you do want to post a chart for other ladies to look at, you can use the free version of fertility friend and just input your temps for this month.

Definitely possible, especially with the EWCM. You may have had a short surge and missed the positive. You also may just have started to gear up and O and then didn't. Hard to say without temping. Are you using cheapie OPKs? I would continue testing to see if you get a second surge.

Im on 1000mg, been oing last two cycles so in hopeful. I might try vaginal temping...

Maybe they will end up increasing your dosage? I started on 1500mg.

Im going to ask about that when I go in. Last blood draw they saud my numbers were good but i know 1500 is the reccomended dosage.

Yes, but I couldn't get in with the one I want to try until May. +1 crazy point!

I do have an appointment this week to review my MTHFR test results with my PCP. She asked to run the test after my post recent appointment with her (for another issue, although I have been consulting with her about the mc because I felt like I needed to talk it out before my d&c with a practitioner other than my OB). So I think it's a chance to get an opinion on the cervix, but I will follow up with an OBGYN.

I'll explain my issues with my OB to my PCP and see if she has any suggestions.

My PCP has practiced for years and while she is a general practitioner she has a rep for working on women's issues. I asked her for the name of another OB after my mc and I think she was hesitant at first to recommend someone else because they are in the same medical group (and we are undergoing some major political shake ups in medical groups locally - a 30 year old clinic which was the major medical group shut it's doors),
