PR Specific Movie ideas

DD is obsessed with movies with "scary branches" (meaning scary forests, trees, etc).

Her favorite part of Snow White is when Snow White runs through the forest.
Her favorite part of Beauty and the Beast is when the dad gets lost in the woods.
Her favorite part of Wizard of Oz is when the apple trees throw apples at Dorothy.

Any recommendations of other movies that have "scary forests/branches/trees" etc?

  • Sleeping Beauty? I remember something in the forest.

  • Babes in Toyland? The Hugga Bunch movie? Granted I haven't seen either in forever, but for some reason I kinda think there were scary forest scenes in them. Good luck!
  • Thanks for the ideas!

Her new favorite thing is to pretend she is Snow White running away from the scary branches.

    She doesn't scare THAT easily.

She also loves the villains/bad guys more than the good guys. Her favorite bad guy is the big bad wolf from the 3 Little Pigs. Followed by Emperor Zurg from Toy Story.

You're welcome! If I remember correctly, Up also has scenes in the woods/forest/jungle. There are some scary/tense moments that your DD might like.

You might consider Robin Hood, Jungle Book, and Tarazn, as well.
