Is my sleep sack broken?

I just bought a Halo sleep sack a few days ago. I have such a hard time getting the zipper started. I don't know if I'm not used to it or if it's broken. Anyone else have this problem?

    I wasn't sure if it's just me not used to zipping it down instead of up. I only have one for now because I wanted to see if he liked it. He does like it so I guess tomorrow I have to get a new one.

    Both of mine easily zip. Maybe it's because they were purchased used? Maybe older styles have different zippers or maybe they zip easier after a lot of use?

    Thanks ladies! It is new and I practiced and did better last night. There is a lot of extra fabric on the inside that I get the zipper caught on. I'm afraid if I pull on it too hard I will smack LO in the face. I also need to put him in the sack early before he falls asleep so I'm not trying to not wake him up as I go.
