  I REALLY hope this is some idiot teenager who somehow thought it would be funny, rather than an adult who had real intention to inflict harm to small children. Ugh. So freaking disgusting.

  That was on the news here this week I told dh and he said,"who the h*** does something like that?". Messed up.
  
  Sadly, I already normally try to do a quick scan of equipment looking for stuff like that. Now I'll feel the need to do a real/thorough check.
