Has anyone taken flagystain during pregnancy?

I didn't even realize anything was wrong down there, but OB said I had vaginosis, and prescribed me flagystatin ovules to take. I can't find much online, but all I can find says to take extreme caution using this during pregnancy. The only reason I hesitate (and maybe I'm being ridiculous) is that I live in a foreign country, and I'm not sure their "standards" with drugs during pregnancy are the same as ours in the states. Has anyone else taken this and everything turned out okay?
