I was too lazy to wear anything but overalls today, so you guys are getting a rebump of my Hump Day Bump Day photo this week!

BTW: Even with my change in girth (I used to be a size 2), I'm still not gaining any weight. My OB is giving my 4 weeks to gain 4 lbs, or she is going to make me start drinking Ensure I am lactose intolerant and allergic to coconut, so most of the "shake" type drinks are off limits. Any advice ladies? I also have my A/S on Monday at 18 w0d, and I'm starting to freak out a little bit!

Cute bump! As for eating, I say eat more nuts & snacks if you can (ie crackers with PB is my go-to) and maybe a smoothie in the morning (with almond milk, fruit etc but maybe throw in some avocado)
Are you able to digest any yogurt? DH is lactose intolerant but certain cheeses (ie goat cheese) and greek yogurt somehow don't really affect him
I've been drinking 2-3 glasses of Lactaid with Ovaltine a day, about a jar of pb a week, and close to a pound of cheese a a week. We use real butter, and I mostly cook with lard. We were eating a mostly paleo diet before I got pregnant, which I have sucked at since, because McDonald's breakfast is too delicious...
