Mucus plug

I went into the doctor yesterday and she said I was dilated to barley 1
Today im pretty sure I lost my mucus plug, can that mean I am starting to dilate more?
Im not feeling anything else really (cramping or anything)
Im 39 and 4 days

    It can mean anything and everything and nothing.

    It means nothing as far as labor or dilation. I lost my MP a couple of times between 37 and 40 weeks and still went 4 days past my due date. And just so you (and anyone else who doesn't know) know, you can lose your MP more than once, as it can regenerate.
