    Where in VA?  I am in NOVA and we have a DC Local Board that is pretty active.

    Hi, VA moms!

    My company is small (50 or so employees) and my boss asked me to gather some info about other companies in VA's maternity leave policies. They want to do something on par with that and I was wondering if any of you would share what you have been offered at your job? What company do you work for, %paid, amount of time, and how much PTO you are required to use.
