We are currently using Pampers BabyDry at night. DS leaks out the top/side on a regular basis which wakes him up. DD never leaks. We tried moving up a size for DS but that hasn't solved the problem. Any suggestions for overnight diapers that work well for boys? His diaper leaks even if we make sure the boy parts are pointed down when we put the diaper on.

If you're using the Pampers brand, I would try their special overnight diapers in a size up for your DS. That is what we have been using for my son and it works out great. We use size 3 cruisers during the day and a size 4 overnight for nighttime.
PS - this is definitely a boy problem so no surprises your DD doesn't have issues
DD leaked out of Pampers Baby Dry in a size up all the time. We switched to Luvs overnights which were better, but she is a size bigger now than she was when I bought them and she's leaking a lot again. I always try to do a bigger size for overnight, so I'll try the size 5's at night (she wears 4's during the day) and see how that goes. If she still leaks, I guess we'll be trying Huggies next.

Do these Pampers overnights have a different name or is that what they're called? I thought their special overnight diapers were the Baby Dry. I haven't seen any other kind of overnight diapers where I shop.
