  This is from 2012 but its one of my favorite pictures of my beagle Maya, We rescued her from a bad situation. She was 3 so she had 3 long years of living horribly. This picture was the 3rd day we had her and she was so happy to be in the sunlight and not living in a medium sized kennel 22 hours a day and never seeing sunlight. 

  
  

  She has a 100% better life now, she is a very different dog now 1.5years later vs the dog that came into my home that day. She is grateful for a warm,loving,safe forever home I see it on her face every day. A little bit of TLC,and lots of good food and some behavior modification and she is a GREAT dog, she does still have issues that are ingrained in her from 3 years of abuse but I deal with them and tell myself she deserves soft pillows and a warm hand after what she has been thru. SO sad to me how people can treat animals, especially ones so loving as her.

  This is a day late for TBT since I just transferred 500 of the 700 some pictures from my phone to my computer...this is Savannah when she was somewhere around 6 months old at a baseball game, so not quite 2 years ago

  Here is me right now. Sick baby means my Kiara does not stray far. Yes she puts herself like that in my bed she thinks she needs a pillow. Silly girl. Love this dog.
