Teething Tablets- stupid question

Sooo I'm a dummy, and I can't seem to figure out a good way to give these to him. The brand I got says to dissolve them in just a teaspoon of water. And I feel like they don't dissolve enough to go through a bottle nipple. As of now I spoon feed him the dissolved tabs, and spoon feeding my baby water is next to impossible considering he grabs the spoon to help me out. What are you guys doing? I'm sure the answer is painfully obvious, and I'm just being a moron

One at a time, under the tongue. They dissolve in a few seconds.

I did this Sunday and did it in a spoon and then my baby got a rash....sooo I'm assuming it was the tAblets...which is unfortunate because they seemed to work

I do the spoon or I've also put a little water on it & rubbed it on his gums with my finger a couple times.
