Gift for friend watching child while I have baby

What would be a nice gift to give a friend who offered to watch my toddler for a couple of hours while I have the baby? (She won't accept payment)

Her child will be there so I was thinking maybe something for the kiddo who's getting dragged out of bed early in the am? Like maybe a new toy he can play with at the time.Or should I get something more for the mom?

Any ideas?

ETA: I think I'll get something small for the child as well as something for mom. I have no problem picking out books/toys for kids but am stumped on a gift for mom

Myla Grace was our little gift, BFP first month off the pill arrived on her due date 12/16/10 BFP number three August 4, 2013 Due March 27, 2014

    Starbucks gc is a great idea. Or for Barnes and Noble. Gift cards in general are a good idea.

    We are giving a gift card to a restaurant for dinner and a coupon to babysit their kids to the friends who watched our toddler while we were at the hospital.

    How old are the kids? For toddlers and up, buy her a copy of Frozen (or some other movie for her) and some pizza (or sundae supplies) so she not only has some but can entertain them for a couple hours. Throw in a five or ten dollar gift card to Starbucks and you're good.

    I say this from experience. A friend asked me to watch her three boys so she could have a night to herself. Bought me and DS a movie that we watched her boys, gave us money for a pizza night, and brought me a coffee when she came to pick them up in the morning. It was extremely considerate and I didn't feel at all guilty for taking her money.
