  Thanks @alylove11‌ I have to go to work and I couldn't even see. Thankfully I had some that were safe in our medicine cabinet.

  I take Zyrtec I also took it throughout my whole pregnancy.

  I took an allegra. It was that or Benadryl. They were both at the same level.
  @AggieAsh23‌ did you notice a difference after one pill or over a long period of time?
  @sleepy33‌ there is still snow on the ground so I'm nervous for when spring really does come...

  Most should be safe as long as they don't have the "-D" after them as the pseudeophedrine will aid in drying the milk supply. If they ask you for your license to purchase the meds, it's probably not safe!

  @AggieAsh23‌ Oh no! Were you able to get your supply back up? I will keep that in mind. I only have Claritin at home right now, but read/heard Zyrtec is safe.

  @alylove11 yes, I was able to get it up by loading up on fenugreek, Mother's Milk, pumping a ton and chugging water. It took a couple of weeks. I think my supply might be rather sensitive.
