Do Medela nipples fit on any other bottles?

So we've finally figured out DS2 will take a Medela nipple, the ones that came with the pump bottles when we bought the Freestyle.  The only downside is that the bottles are pretty simple and don't have a vacuum relief on them.  
Does anybody know if these nipples will fit on any other bottles? Ideally I would want to keep the same nipple and just somehow get it to fit on a different bottle, but I'd be willing to try another bottle if the nipple was really similar.

    I have Evenflo glass bottles and the Medela nipples fit those. I also have a few LifeFactory bottles and the Evenflo and Medela nipples fit them as well.

    I haven't gotten to use them though since DD choked so much with those nipples. We use Avent Classics for now.

    Also, after hunting around it looks like Dr. Brown's nipples fit onto Medela bottles so I would think the reverse might also be true.

    I'm assuming they would fit the Playtex VentAire bottles because I got to take home the Medella bottles from the hospital and my Playtex nipples/lids fit and work on them. This is the bottle I'm talking about.

    The medela, evenflo, and dr browns all fit each other. The only problem with using a different nipple on the dr browns is that since there's an internal venting system, when you put the medela one on you can't fit the internal pieces (unless you feed that nipple through the dr browns ring thats deeper). That being said, it still screws on and fits and works like a normal bottle. Also, the nipple in your picture looks a lot like the type that come with the dr browns.

    Thanks for the suggestions. 
    I have a Dr Browns "natural" bottle and there is no way this nipple will go on it, the Dr Browns diameter is at least 1/2" bigger.  Same for the Ventaire.  
    I was looking on Medela's website and the new bottle nipples look a lot bigger than the ones I have (I bought my Freestyle nearly 4 years ago).  The Calma is a much bigger nipple than this one so I don't think he will take it.  When he sucks on this nipple he has the whole thing in his mouth with his lips touching the yellow part.  Every other bottle we've tried the base of the nipple is too large to do that.
    I will have to spend some time in the bottle aisle with these nipples to do comparison. 

    EDIT: sorry, it's the Born Free Natural bottles, I tried, not Dr. Browns.

    We bought a 2 pack of the Dr Brown's tonight, I'm hoping for the best.  Side by side the nipples look nearly identical.
