We were eating dinner and DD was pointing, which is what happens all during all of our meals. We were like, more noodles (that were on the table)? Do you want your cup (on the table)? Do you want a cracker (on the table?). She did not. DH had bought himself a bottle of soda. I say "soda" but he and the baby-sitter say "pop." So we kept naming things on the table DD wanted, but did not name the soda because she can't have that and it was on the far side of the table and was not part of dinner. But we were running out of things she could be pointing at. She then said "pop! pop! pop!" I didn't teach her that! We must quit drinking it before she becomes an addict. She got some water instead...
