We read the book. I thought it was really helpful. However, if you end up buying SwaddleMe blankets, you don't really need to practice swaddling like the book shows you.
Every single one of my friends with kids recommended this book! I bought it! :-) Edit: I wish I got the DVD instead though but I'm going to try to read it ahead of time!
So worth it! That man is a genius and saved my sanity so many times when Nola was a baby!!! Seriously, get it. And the DVD. Memorize it. Use it! You won't be sorry!!!
I didn't know there was a DVD! It's so hard for me to make time to read any of the baby books I have so a DVD would be a great option. I definitely plan on trying it.
We read the book and took the class. I'd say about half of it worked with our son. It's just how he is. Not the easiest newborn, but he was lucky he was so cute!

I read the book and also watched the DVD with DH. Highly recommend this! It worked great for our DD during the first few months! If nothing else, than to calm yourself and feel like you are doing something right! Again, can't recommend it enough!

I really like HBOTB. In case you couldn't tell.
Someone gave us the dvd..it's not all that in depth..I would think some website has the info.
Didn't work for us..we had a child that hated to be swaddled..once you took once of the S's out of the equation it was sort of a moot point to try it.
