I have gotten out of the habit of planning meals. I really need to get back into it. This week I think I will make lasagna, We haven't had that in a while and also chicken fajitas. Otherwise I don't know. Tomorrow we are going on a day trip so we will probably eat out.
Monday night I bought a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and we had mac 'n' cheese.
Tuesday night we ate out and I had crawfish etoufee.
Wednesday (tonight) I took the meat off the rotisserie chicken and added some chicken broth, lemon juice, sauteed onion and mushrooms and threw it over some angel hair. It was decent.
Thursday night we are having steak 'ems and pierogies.
Friday I am going to have to eat something in the car on the way to work. Blugh.
(Note: I only used half the water and made enchiladas out of it instea dof soup. YUMMMM)
This looks SO good. DH and I were just saying that my crock pot salsa chicken is missing something - I think it's the peppers! Can't wait to try this out!
