TTC After a Loss

Anyone on a paleo like meal plan?

I've been really looking into this for awhile because I've learned that it is a good "diet" for inflammation (with specific regards to endometriosis, which is what I have) a lot of what I'm hearing is that in addition to improving overall health it's also good for helping infertility. Just wanted to know what your experiences have been and if you have noticed any significant changes ( weightloss, regulated cycles, more energy) And any "must know" tips or advice while transitioning to a paleo diet. Thanks!!!

Re: Anyone on a paleo like meal plan?

  • I actually just got the book Practical Paleo too (great minds think alike @HoldingOutHope‌, no wonder your one of my bump crushes ;) ) I haven't started to read it yet I'm waiting for the work crazyness to slow down but my naturopath suggested it for my pcos and sense I'm on metaformin. So no advice yet, but it's definitely intriguing.

@sunflwr2 maybe we can motivate each other!

@HoldingOutHope‌ and @Fightersince83‌ I may have done questions for you ladies in the future.

  • I try to do as much paleo as possible but I am completely addicted to carbs! My naturopath recommended it as well. I use this website a lot - https://nomnompaleo.com/recipeindex

  • Just bought practical paleo as well! Today is only day 4 for me and I'm trying to stay as strict as I can for the first 30 days. It's weird because I feel great and terrible at the same time if that makes any sense! I'm tired and have some headaches but I don't feel as puffy like I'm not retaining so much water. I don't know, I just need to focus on something other then getting pregnant right now. And getting myself in the best place physically and mentally can never hurt right? Thanks for the tips and would love to get a "paleo support" thing started! I have new questions everyday! Ps...im not giving up cheese. ive.cut back dramatically but I just cant make the jump yet. I think cutting out all sugar, gluten, caffeine, and most dairy is enough for right now ; )
