I have to make this quick because I've only been at my new job for 3days so I don't want to be caught.
I sadly forgot to weigh in this morning, so I think I'll do it tomorrow.
I think this job may do me some good though, food wise. Even though I get an hour lunch and two 15min breaks, I'm at the front desk so eating at my desk would be sort of unprofessional. I'm thinking snacking might get cut wayyy down. What are some tactics that you use or have used to not graze or in my case unhinge your jaw and EAT ALL THE THINGS.
We don't buy junk food to keep at the house...snacking is a lot more boring when there's only healthier options....that doesn't help when I'm at work or at Moms (her house is junk food mecca), but at least I don't snack at home.
