Just out of curiosity, How many of us here are co-sleepers?
I did wih DS until ....well....he still jumps in our bed In the middle of the night. >.<
I am currently co-sleepin with LO but weighing my options to make the move to the crib now. I'm just so torn. I feel like naturally it's normal to want to be close but in reality I don't know I can do this for a year again. I hear all of you say how your LO sttn in he crib and I'm like good Lord I am doing this all wrong.
Any thoughts/advice?
Re: Co-sleepers
I am talking about bed sharing
I do miss the snuggles sometimes. But at least DH is back in the bedroom.
I'm not sure if that creates a "bad" habit or not. I just don't think she is able to think to herself "if I cry earlier, they'll bring me into bed earlier". But since going back to work, I really look forward to those last 3 hours of sleep.
Sorry I don't have any advice @micino but our crib transition didn't create a good sleeper either (she used to be until about 12 weeks old, I don't know what all happened)
We did find that once we moved him to his crib (he had been in a travel crib in our room) he slept longer. I think because sometimes he wakes up and fusses a bit (but doesn't cry) and then puts himself back to sleep. When he was in our room I was super sensitive to every sound he made and would get him up when he was only stirring.
