Baby acne or allergic reaction??

So DD turns 1 next Tuesday.  She hasn't had baby acne since she was around 2 months old.  A few days ago I noticed tiny bumps on her cheeks, chin/jaw and nose.  Sometimes they'll look red, usually when she's just woken up.  She doesn't scratch at them and they aren't getting bigger or looking like welts.  I can't tell if this is an allergic reaction to something or late baby acne.  I haven't called the pedi yet because her checkup is in a week and it's not bothering her.  I've decided to cut out anything she started eating in the last month to see if it clears up and then I'll introduce each item one at a time.  But that's only fresh blueberries, greek yogurt, deli turkey and deli chicken.  Thoughts??

    you know, ds gets these every once in a while and i posted about this a little while back.  someone posted to wipe his mouth really well after he eats and after his milk/sippy cups, and it seemed to help, although they do come back every so often.

    Consider environmental changes as well as food for allergies. Like soap, detergent, weather changes...
