  here's a list

  avoid Sudafed or anything with pseudoephedrine as it can affect your milk supply.

  I just went in for a sinus infection today.  My health care provider told me to put vapor rub on a washcloth and put the wash cloth on the floor of the tub/shower where the hot water will hit it.
