Summer concerts!

My summer concert calendar is shaping up nicely ! Arctic monkeys. Young the giant, city in colour, and Tokyo police club VIP tickets. And Sam Roberts band is coming back to an awesome concert series at a local winery.

Anyone have anything good on deck?

There's a 3 day music festival here and Outkast, Nickel Creek, Band of Horses and Brett Dennen (among, of course, many others) will be playing. Those are the 4 we're most interested in, though, and we're crossing our fingers they all play on the same day!

I'm going to 1D In August. I bought Avicii tickets for April but it looks like we won't be able to go. I love going to concerts but the timing never seems to work out for us.

My DH got us tickets for Bruno Mars. I am not a fan and am not excited, but he was so happy he scored the tickets ( he's a fan) and he doesn't really have anyone else to go with so I'm being a good sport and not sucking the fun out of it.

I heard taking back Sunday is touring with the used again (I saw them both back in college) and I would loooove to go.

@BluepointToasted‌ you're not Canadian are you? Half those bands are from here! I'm always surprised when people have heard of City & Colour or TOkyo police club. Young the giant is playing here this weekend - wish I could go!

I might shell out some dough to see Billy Joel again in June. I've seen him a bunch of times and he is totally worth the money. And he's coming to the famous ballpark here, which is even better.

Other than that, the local hip-hop station has a pretty sweet line-up for their "Summer Jam" concert - Juicy J, Kendrick Lamar, Ty Dolla Sign, Kid Ink, B.o.B....I will definitely be the oldest person there but I really want to go.

I do not understand the Phish love. DH will be going to potentially 4 of their concerts this summer. I hate them.

I am going to see David Guetta in April (I realize that is not summer), then NCMF over Labor Day weekend (not sure who is playing yet, but I bought my tickets like forever ago) and then ONE DIRECTION IN SEPTEMBER.

I like reading about the aftermath every single year.

And to be clear, I never went to the gathering. We would just go to the concerts in Cleveland.

Couple of Phish shows and I have been hearing rumors that Manu Chao may be playing at BAM, but can't find anything concrete yet. I will also be immensely pregnant this summer, so, there's that.

I am really hoping that Leonard Cohen does a Fall tour with NYC dates again.
