Could Someone possibly help me out real quick?

Hello, 

I am somewhat new I joined a week or two ago, haven't posted much, but I have been trying to update my profile added an avatar and a signature BUT it is not showing up!  Does anyone know how I can get that to show up like it's supposed to.. When I go back to my profile it shows my avatar and my html code for the siggy.  

Someone help?

    the Read Me First sticky has a post about signatures and avatars. I can't really help anymore than to send you over there.

    Okay I will go ahead and try that out, I was searching around to see if I could find the answer but, didn't help much.  Thanks for the info.

    Oh well what do you know my avatar is showing up now, but siggy is still missing!  Guess I will go ahead and say I logged out and logged back in for anyone else that has this problem.

    There are two different siggy areas...the old area where you can also change your avatar....and probably where you are trying to add your siggy and the new area that actually works....

    Here in this post click on your name. You'll see your wall, your love tits, your points, etc. On the top right there is an icon that when you hover over says preferences. Click that. Then you will see the option to edit your siggy on the left under your avatar. Make it there.

    If you are using html code be sure to select the icon for coding that looks like this < >. Otherwise you're siggy will just be code.
