How far am I?

Ok let me say i have my first appointment April 7th. My last 2 periods in January 3rd came on time lasted 4-5 days it was normal. Then feburary came i was supposed to start on the 3rd which is 32 days cycle i was late and on the 10th I started having tacky brown discharge until the 26th, and 14th of febuary i had  light bleeding when i wiped for that lasted 1 day and it was never on my underwear just when i wiped. So counting the 10th of feburary i counted 32 days which would be the 14th of march i was late. on the 18th that night i had bad cramping so i thought AF was coming. On the 19th i had a little bleeding that lasted for 5 seconds turned brown and stopped 2 hours later took 2 pregnancy test that came out positive instantly and very dark. I couldnt believe it so the next morning with first morning pee i tested again same thing. Since feb 28th my boobs have been sore mostly when i first wake up. then nipple mostly hurt all day. before i took the test from the March 1st to March 14 i was uber sleepy it has since stopped today march 26th i have been peeing every 30 minutes. im scared when i goto my appiontment nothing will be there and im just crazy. Is it normal to feel like this?

    Your email kind of made my eyes cross with all the dates and the stream of consciousness.

    If you are unsure of when you ovulated or when you got pregnant, you should ask for a dating ultra sound.  It sounds like what you thought was your period in February could have been spotting from pregnancy?  If so, your LMP was January 3rd and you're about 11 or 12 weeks.  But honestly, we, internet strangers have no way of knowing.  You should get a dating ultra sound.

    for January i think around the 18-23 want to say i seen ewcm on the 20th or the 21st but cant remember. and for Febuary was so weird so i have no clue.

    im just so anxious to find out whats going on i hope im pregnant. im scared that my cebrel palsy is going to make me miscarry or something.

    can brown spotting last for 16 days thats so weird. 11 or 12 weeks would i beable to tell im a big girl im 5ft3in  230lbs if that matters.

    I agree with pp... you made little to no sense... really hard to follow.... we can't tell you unless you know when you O'ed.... with your dates all messed up, chances are your OB will do a dating ultrasound.

    If you had 3 BFPs, you're pregnant. Unless if there's any reason why you'd have any pregnancy hormones in your body (like from a recent miscarriage) there's no reason why you'd get 3 false positives.

    Im sorry for not logging in been busy i MC april 1 its started around 5pm and ended around 2am   it sucked. I hope to start trying again soon.
