always cheese, ketchup or bbq sauce if they're around, sometimes bacon, lettuce and tomato if I'm ordering and they ask if I want it

"Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun..." (That one was for the old lady J13ers). Not really--cheese, ketchup, mustard, a bit of mayo, lettuce, tomato. Avocado is good too! Pickles and onions are gross.

I picked bacon before I saw the combination option! On man v. Food he went to a burger place that has a burger with peanut butter and a fried egg on it. Vom.
