Speech and language eligibility criteria matrix

Just curious if anyone has heard of this and/or referenced it in an IEP. It seems to to have been published by the board of education in the state we are currently in but is on many websites. I know it is only a guideline but I think it's helpful in breaking down what different kids need.

Ya I figured these things...I just thought it was interesting and the part that got me was the articulation box that gives percentages of intelligibility. This is actually listed in his evaluation that they are claiming to use, which would put him under severe.
