    I have never had that problem. Is your phone trying to do too many things at once? I don't know just a guess.

    I couldn't do anything on my phone the other day because everything kept crashing...email, Facebook, games, etc.
    I had to remove pics and videos (I had A LOT on my phone). I backed them up onto the computer, then deleted all but a few from my phone.

    As soon as I did that nothing crashed anymore.
    I can now do everything again.
