The VP mash up I was a part of earlier this week may have been a fabulous thing for my career!
I was just asked to apply for another job with our agency that would be a promotion! I am pretty excited about it, because it is working with our data which I absolutely love!
So, two questions, one help me pick another interview outfit and two: Do I mention DH's illness, because it has a very real impact on my working hours/ time at least once a month.

Re: AW - YAY!!!
Congrats! Give us some options you are comfortable with to interview in. I usually wear a suit, but that is expoected in my line of work.
I can't help you with the other thing, but there are a few hiring managers here, hopefully they will chime in.
Kid #1 - 09/03/12
Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
#11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh
I also have no advice for your second question, but there are a few here in hiring that hopefully can help out.
I would take time, after being offered the job, to give the hiring manager a heads up.

Ditto PPs - wait until you have a formal offer on the table to negotiate in any contingencies, like a flexible schedule to deal with medical issues.
Good luck!
