Anyone else dealing with mood swings?

I am really struggling this week. I just feel so down, sad, unmotivated....it has been on again/off since DD was born. I will have a couple weeks were I feel great and have everything under control and then I have a week or two like today and blah I hate it. This crappy cold weather certainly isn't helping.

Yes this is the same for me! I was hoping the mini pill would help but it doesn't.

Same here on the PMS. It is so bad these days, I am so ragey. And I am having trouble with my BCP and have been getting my period for about two weeks, so it feels like it never ends. I start a new pill Sunday and I'm really hoping to feel better on it.

I have been super moody especially around ovulation and my first period, dh needed a helmet, I swear. I'm trying some evening primrose oil pills, and it seemed like they helped my most recent period, I had a little more energy and I didn't bite dh head off, and I don't remember crying. I'll keep you guys updated if the EPO keeps helping. It might be something to look into?

I don't have a period or anything to blame but I've had like NO patience lately. LO will not freaking nap and it's driving me up the wall. I go back to work Monday and I hate to say but I'm looking forward to it. I think maybe that will help my moods as I won't be stuck in the house all day or a slave to the boob. (Well I'll be a slave to the pump but whatevs.)

I feel bipolar like a lot of the time. And by that I mean I'll go from being fine to depressed to angry at like the drop of a hat. I feel so bad for my DH. I just want to feel normal!

DH went back to work yesterday and I've been down because I'm fighting low supply. When I accidentally forgot to seal a bad of breast milk after pumping at 3:30am and it tipped over, spilling 5.5oz all over my kitchen. I friggin' lost it, sobbed and couldn't go back to sleep. Blaaaaah.

To more directly answer your question: yes, I have mood swings, but I feel like I know why I'm having them. And today it's raining and cold, and I hate the rain. The highlight of my day is taking LO for a walk and mother nature stole that from me today.
