This time when you enter the Banana Republic, you will be seeking one left brown shoe. Doesn't matter men or women's or what kind. Just brown and left. To get to the shoe, you must only make right turns. Try to acquire the shoe in less than 12 minutes but anything less than 16 minutes should work. Buy the shoe. Wear it out of the store. Hop to your car on your left foot (that is wearing the shoe) while humming the theme to Cheers. Drive home and roll around in your yard. If you have no yard roll around in a parking lot or nearby street. Roll for 81 seconds. Get up and go inside. Drink one glass of skim milk. Wait for legs to feel better.
I was having this problem multiple nights a week and called my dr. They said to eat potassium and calcium carbonate (essentially tums). They also cautioned me to watch the calcium supplements and processed dairy products because most of those contain phosphorous. Since keeping my eye on the amount of potassium and taking 2 tums daily, my leg cramps have really decreased.

But what if it's my left leg that's cramping, and it's cramping so badly that when I tried to hop on it the muscle seized up and I fell flat on my face in the parking lot? If I get up and repeat the process until I make it to my car, will the remedy still work, or did I interfere so badly by falling that I'm now destined to have permanent leg cramps?
