IT'S A BOY
Last week was tough because I had friends staying with us. We stayed up late and had too much wine. I did walk 4 miles near my house.
I plan to walk today, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I hope to start adding in jogging soon.
Long term goal is to be a healthy mom. I'm already an older mom and I want to be able to keep up and be a healthy role model. Mid term goal is to tone up and lose about 30 lbs.
Unhealthy me would be a koala because they mostly eat and sleep. Healthy me will say golden retriever.
Last week- I survived. Lol. If one good thing had to come out of the stomach flu, it would be that I'm now 2lbs under pre-baby weight. I think once I drop all my period bloat I may even be seeing the 140's. There aren't words for how happy that makes me.
This week- I've done Jillian every day. I haven't had the time/energy for Bob yet. Getting to the gym with H's schedule hasn't been an option either. However, we're supposed to hit 50 on Friday, so come hell or high water I will be going for a run.
Goal- I am roughly 7lbs from goal weight, so get there and tone up some more. I'd like to get back to consistently running under 10 min miles too. I feel so slow now and I'm ready to get back where I was pre-pregnancy.
Qotw- I have no idea. I'd probably be some sort of dog. Is there a breed that's super lovey but also kind of a spaz? That'd be me. Ha.
My shoes... one run outside and I've already christened them with some mud. They are about to get so much dirtier.

This week: get back on track food wise. Ds1 came upstairs while I was nursing Lo and told me he was getting out Pb and carrots for him and Liam because "it's healthy so you won't be not happy about it." It was inspirationally cute and I need to follow my own advice!
Goal: marathon in November! If Pamela Anderson can do it, right?
Animal: bird. Would love to fly. And I love treehouses so a birdhouse would be cool.
Kicks: saucony foreva!

This week I hope to swim again. There needs to be 28 hours in a day!
Goal is to tone up.
