I know Father's Day is like 3 months away, but I was just wondering what you ladies did for your significant others on this day? Especially those whose only angels are in heaven. I want to do something nice/thoughtful for my honey, but not something that will upset him.
Re: A little early...
We haven't celebrated a Father's Day yet since losing Colton, but for his birthday, I had a dog tag keychain made that had Colton's name and birthdate on it. I used etsy shop Bugaboo jewelry. Looks like her shop is temporarily closed, or I would link it.
MH also wears a "Dad of an Angel" band, https://sobbs.goodsie.com/, which might be another idea. We bought these for all of our family members (they have them that say all different things - "Grandparent of an angel" "aunt of an angel" etc.) and passed them out after Colton's memorial, and MH wears his every day.
This last Father's Day was the first one since we lost Alice. It also happened to be my birthday and DS1's birthday. We focused mainly on the birthday of DS1. And I gave him a card from both DS1 and Alice. I also gave him a keychain from "Held Your Whole Life". This Father's Day again is so close to our birthdays so it might be a joint celebration and it's our first one with our rainbow. Not sure what I'll do this year.

Last year, I got DH a necklace - a sterling silver guitar pick that was engraved with the triplets initials on one side and their birth date and our favorite scripture (Jeremiah 29:11) on the other side. He was very surprised and loves it - wears it every day! It's on a very long chain, so it hangs lower than his shirt, near his heart (as he would say) so it's not obvious for the world to see, but a "reminder" to him and something he often touches and holds throughout the day.
