Annoyed, need to vent

It took 1 1/2 years to finally get DH to agree to ttc for #2. It happened the first try which kinda scares me cause DS took 10 months of ttc. So of course DH wasn't too impressed but too bad for him, he only wanted 1 because he was an only child. So that pissed me off cause he was mad at me. So we're not telling anyone until I get an u/s because I had 2 mc before DS. I am 10w5d now and have been to my family doc for blood work and they're supposed to call me with an appointment for the ob. I still am waiting for them to call and I called the family doctor last week and they said they're waiting for the ob to send them my appointment. I am getting very frustrated waiting and I can't talk to anyone about it. The ob didn't see me until 14 weeks with DS so that means I have another 4 weeks of waiting! I'm just nervous because it happened so fast this time and I just want to know everything is ok. Sorry just need to get it out DH is pointless to talk to.

    I'm sorry : / I don't have any advice really, but I'm very sorry for you that you're in a position where you can't even talk to your husband (who sounds like he's kind of resenting the whole situation). That should never happen. You should agree on if you want a child or not and if he actually agreed and wanted #2..then he needs to get his crap together and man up.

    I'd be more annoyed at DH than the doctor.  Why did he agree to have #2 if he's not all that into it?  :(

    I'm glad my husband and I agreed on how many kids we would have before we got married about started reproducing. I would never be able to live with myself that I "guilted" or had to spend years talking him into having another baby he didn't want. I wouldn't be suprised if he resents you forever now because of it.

    Thanks for the replies. DH is ok with it, he is just stubborn and likes to get his way-since he was an only child. He finally agreed with me that DS needs a brother/sister. His side of the family all has only children and my side has big families. So for me it is frustrating why he didn't want to have more than 1. But mostly I'm annoyed too because I want to buy maternity clothes cause I can barely fit into my work pants anymore but I don't want to jinx it. I am just complaining. Sorry...
