What is your bf schedule. Ftm here

Sorry if this is a repost...
I know I am probably over thinking this as I do everything. How did you establish your extra supply? Did you have a routine schedule for just pumping or did you pump while bf?

    If you want a stash for going back to work, pump one extra time per day (pump again whenever baby gets a bottle).  For me, it worked well to pump one side while baby nursed the other for our first feeding of the morning.
    ditto. this is exactly what i did. it's a little tricky to wrangle nursing and pumping simultaneously, but it helped stimulate my let-down on the side that was being pumped. i started about a month before i went back to work. unfortunately you're not going to get much at a time- maybe 1 or 1 1/2 ounces a session, because you're not skipping any feedings.
