Baby rolls Updated with chubby baby(s)

My baby has so many rolls--especially in his neck and groin area. The area in the folds is getting really red lately.

Has anyone found a product that helps with that? Right now I just try to wash between the rolls in the bath, but should I be putting baby powder or something else on them for the redness? His neck is pretty bad right now, but I don't know what to use to make it better...

    Can we use powder on rolls? Or is there too much concern with them breathing it in?

    Tucker got my lovely neck rolls and shit(shit = stuff in my vocabulary) gets stuck in there and makes it red. When it looks really bad we put coconut oil in the rolls. It usually looks better within a few hours. And he smells nice too. :)

    I use A&D ointment. LO's neck rolls were very red over the weekend and now they are fine!

    We use powder for this, just use one that doesn't use talc (talc is what damages their lungs). We use Burt's bees. I also use Burt's bees hand and face wipes to clean out the rolls of his neck . It always gets red there from milk dribbling. They make tomee tippee bibs that have a little barrier around the neck that helps prevent spit up from rolling into there.

    I like Aquaphor.  I'm like the dad on My Big Fat Greek Wedding is with Windex when it comes to Aquaphor. 

    I'm also in the "powder is ok" camp.

    I keep a dry washcloth on the changing table to dry out the groin/leg rolls. I've used powder a couple times when I thought I really needed it, but usually the washcloth does the trick.

    Or do some nakey tummy time so his tush gets some air.

    I 2nd using talc-free powders away from babys face and also Aquaphor as a miracle healing balm.  I still use it on my older boys for all kinds of scrapes, rashes, sore noses and mystery redness and it works every time!

    Also- I use a&d sometimes and sometimes baby powder in her rolls

    I use a little bit of cornstarch between her rolls and it works really well at drying up any moisture.

    I bought the target brand of the aquaphor for my sumo baby!! Also after her bath I rub it all over. Check LOs armpits that was a surprise when I saw her little pits all red.
