Sun- one pot sausage cheesy noodle skillet (it was Delicious!) Mon- crockpot apricot chicken with white rice and veggies Tues- leftovers Wed- DH is in charge Thurs- leftovers Fri- pasta
Salad, salad, and more salad... DH is on a weight loss kick, and will eat nothing but salads. So we grilled some chicken on Saturday to last us until mid week. I'll probably take some veggie soup out of the freezer for me and the kids, since it's going to snow again. :-q
Sun- slow cooker chicken tortilla soup. I made the broth Saturday w a rotisserie chicken. Trying an eczema cure diet that calls for more "bone soups" Mon- frozen pizza, out w DH after dinner, no time to cook Tues- chicken and black bean quesadillas Wed- scrambled eggs and sweet potato/red potato hash browns Thurs- baked orange roughy and salad Fri- leftovers or out for fish fry
I'll add mine as I also love reading these. Too often we are making the same 10-20 recipes. I need to shake things up. We made the one skillet sausage dinner this weekend. It was great and everyone in the family liked it. Yay!
Sun - Chicken and vegetable stir fry Mon - Sweet Potato, Quinoa, Spinach & Black Bean burrito Tues - Breakfast for dinner (hopefully omelets) Wed - Fajita Turkey Burgers with Tomatillo Salsa Thurs - Stovetop Macaroni and Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes
I just started reading this book. Bone soup was one of the suggestions. I EBF my 4 month old and lately her eczema is out of control, so I'm trying to adjust my diet and see what helps. Actually just starting to take a fish oil pill has helped a lot.
