I am 5 weeks preggers. I found out last Monday 3/17. The weekend before I took the test I painted my entire kitchen and was also working on refurnishing an old wood table. I sanded, and then used stain to re-do the entire table. I did not wear a mask and no gloves

I also had pizza and beer while completing this project - all weekend long!
I'm worried sick that this will impact my baby.... help?
Re: Painting while pregnant...
The weekend before I got my BFP (4w4d) I'd been drinking wine and champagne at a wedding all weekend. I also just painted LO's nursery 2 weekends in a row. My baby is fine. I'm assuming you were in a ventilated area anyway, unless you're stupid and wanted to pass out.
I don't get the pizza thing. I've been eating pizza weekly since I could stomach it again at 20 weeks.
You're fine and your baby is fine.

Mmm...pizza and beer.
OP, don't fret! You'll be fine.
I'm 22 weeks, and I've got some painting projects coming up that I'll be doing. I'm just waiting for warmer weather so I can open up my windows and have a fan going just to circulate the air more.

Ya, I drank a bottle of red the night before I found out I was pregnant.
I would not worry about painting because the vast majority of paint is VOC free these days and not harmful to baby. I painted my kitchen the weekend after I found out.
Either way, nothing you did is going to harm your baby.
