I made it to the gym 4 days last week, which is one more than I thought I would so I'm happy with that. Eating has been good...it's forced to be. I hate that I can't eat all the fruit I want (since it just converts to sugar), but oh well.
Goals for this week are 4 days at the gym again. Couldn't go today because I took DS to the children's museum. That did involved following him around for a couple hours so at least that was movement
I was visiting DH in Japan last week, so working out was not so great. I went to the gym once, we hiked to a waterfall once, and we did a lot of walking each day, but still not enough especially when I consider the cookies he was practically forcing down my throat Hoping to get back to my regular routine tomorrow once the jet lag wears off!
I finally joined Pure Barre and made it to 5 classes last week. It's challenging but fun. The hour flies by which helps. I also got 4 runs in, so it was a pretty good week. Now let's see if I can keep the momentum going this week!

I have generally been failing in the fitness and eating healthy departments. I couldn't stand sweets during my first trimester, and now all of a sudden I'm all MUST EAT ALL OF THE COOKIES AND DONUTS AND SCONES AND CANDY! Eesh!
I have been trying to take the dogs on a long walk every day, and I think last week I made it 5 days! My non-pregnant brother visited this weekend and he thought the walk was tiring (I live in a very hilly neighborhood) so hopefully this counts as a decent work out for a pregnant lady!
