Late ovulation. Possibility of pregnancy?

Can you still get pregnant if you ovulated late in your cycle? I ovulated a week before my period was due and am now a week late but have gotten 3 negatives pg test results. Very confused if this can still happen.

If you ovulated late then your period is actually "due" later. How do you know when you ovulated? Are you charting?

If you ovulated later than your norm then your period will be later than your norm. If you're only 7 DPO your period isn't even late yet. And how do you know you ovulated?

ETA Reread and very confused. Did you ovulate a week ago, or two weeks ago? Your ovulation determines when your period will come, not when it's normally come on previous cycles. If you know how to accurately pinpoint your ovulation you should also know what later ovulation will do to your cycle, period, etc.

I have been charting the last 2 months. Before I was charting I felt what I thought was ovulation cramps every month and have felt the same thing that past 2 months I have been charting on the same days that it's showing positive for ovulation. But this month I didn't get it until day 23 and later that night I also felt the familiar cramp I usually do.
