Harsh teething symptoms?

LO had a bad stomach bug last weekend but recovered quick. Now since Friday night she's had low fever, is fussy , and just wants to lay around. She's eating and drinking alright but not perfect. This morning her temp was 101. I've been alternating between Tylenol and Motrin. She is chewing on stuff but all of this over teething? Diagnose her for me :)

    Can't diagnose her, but what does your gut say? Is she showing any other signs of a cold? Every tooth L gets she gets the same symptoms - snotty nose, diaper rash, bright red cheeks, minimal appetite, and a fever. As soon as she skips a meal I know we have another tooth to deal with and give her some tylenol.

    Hope you figure it out.

    Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
    #11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh

    No diagnosis here either, just chiming in to say that Sophia had a 103 fever for a day and acted sick, then went back to normal the next day.  I have no idea what that was about, but it wasn't teething as she has a full set for her age with no more coming in that I can see... Fevers are frustrating when you can't figure out the cause!
