How are you feeling? Great minus my nasty allergies.

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week? Had them already this week. I was put on insulin so I will be getting an U/S at every appointment. Honestly, they're not so exciting anymore. I just want to see her for real at this point.

Rants and raves? I can't believe how inconsiderate people can be of very pregnant women. I was returning cable boxes and other equipment to the store since we switched to FIOS and dropped one of the remotes. I have an armful of stuff and am huge. You would think that one of the four guys just standing at the counter watching me would at least offer to come and pick it up for me, but no. They just watched me awkwardly try to squat down to pick up the stupid thing.

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book? I went and bought a bunch of my favorite books: Ferdinand the Bull, Corduroy, and some others. DH and I read to the baby at night and wow! Those books are so.freaking.sad! I need new favorites.

ETA: baby brain read durian fruit as jack fruit.

How many weeks/what fruit? 32 weeks - squash

How are you feeling? Just tired from work and chasing around my 17 month old. I move pretty darn slowly these days.

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week? I have an appt on Thursday. They will be weekly from here on out. Yikes! I am also excited about an consultation this week about my nasty spider and varicose veins that are just out of control. My OB suggestion I go while still pregnant and the veins are at their worst, so insurance is more likely to cover it.

Rants and raves? This is the week I had DS. I'm praying I get through this week (and several more) still pregnant! Also, I only have 4 progesterone shots left!

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book? I love anything by Dr. Seuss!

How many weeks/what fruit? 32 weeks - squash

How are you feeling? today, like crap. Think I have a sinus infection. Otherwise I've been feeling fine - tired as usual and my sleep has gone to hell (even before being sick)

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week? not this coming week - had my 31 week appt this past week, went fine.

Rants and raves? I hate sinus infections

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book? I like the Llama Llama books

How many weeks/what fruit? 33 weeks, durian

How are you feeling? Tired. I haven't been sleeping well even while taking Benedryl at night for my allergies.

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week? Not this week. Had a growth ultrasound a few days ago and lil' girl is 25%tile at 4lb, 3 oz.

Rants and raves? I learned to crochet! So I've been on a roll making blankets.

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book? Buying books for my 3 year old's library has really brought back a lot of memories of books that I read as a child. I really love reading How Do I Love You

34 weeks ---butternut squash

Feeling not too bad actually, guess I'm just used to the aches and pains. They don't bother me too much during the day but at night it's horrible.

I have my weekly NST on Thursday and my growth scan.

My rave for the entire year is that, after 3 stepdaughters and 1 biological daughter we found out that this baby is finally a BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!

I don't know that I have a favorite kids book. As a 10-12 year old my favorite book was Wayside School Is Falling Down, but that's for older kids not something we'd read to them now.

31 weeks - pineapple

How are you feeling?
I feel really good. Hips hurt occasionally, but overall, I feel good!

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week?
Nothing this past week, but I have an appointment this coming Thursday.

Rants and raves?
Rants: We put an offer on a house this week, but the seller's counter-offer was very stupid. Not just bad..stupid.

Raves: I have a really good husband. He can annoy the shiz out of me, and make me madder than I thought I could ever be, but he really is so good. I think I'll keep him

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book?
I don't know if I can pick just one! Love You Forever is precious. Faithful Elephants is just a fantastic story, as is Pink & Say. Fun reads are The Great Fuzz Frenzy and any of the Skippyjohn Jones books. No...I can't pick just one.

How many weeks/what fruit? Week 33 Durian Fruit (which I have no idea is)

How are you feeling? Pretty good. Day 1 of my vacation time that I have to use before it expires (they wouldnt let me tack it onto my mat leave - stupid benefit year) so I am trying to really focus on relaxing.

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week? I had my 3rd NST earlier this week - still hearing the skips in the heartbeat loud and clear. Paranoid MTB brain thinks I am hearing it more frequently. I have another u/s coming up this week and hope to get a final answer on whether baby has a club-foot or not.

Rants and raves?
Rant: My boss' boss really ruined my day yesterday. I am still pissed off at her inappropriate email and juvenile attempt at being passive-aggressive. I would tell her to grow a pair, but I would like a job when I return.
Rave: I spent this morning reading "The fault is in our stars" from start to finish and bawled like a baby. I havent had time to read like that for a while and I really loved every moment of it. It felt really good to get into a book that had an emotional aspect for me and have a really ugly cry over something legit (not hormone induced). Then DH told me I needed to stop crying cause he got us tickets to see Divergent today

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book? "Love You Forever" was always a favorite in our house growing up. My favorite for our little one will be "Guess How Much I Love You?". I picked up both those books months ago

@mimaloo - people are douchbags. I really thought once I started showing obviously (plus girl here) that they would be more considerate. They arent. In fact, I have experienced an increase of incidents where I observe people looking to pick a fight with me. Maybe its my hormones :-S

BTW - Ferdinand the Bull was my brother's favorite childhood book and I look forward to adding that to baby's library

ETA: Not pick a physical fight, but they want to argue with me over stupid stuff

How many weeks/what fruit? 34 weeks - butternut squash

How are you feeling? Huge and exhausted and kind of like I got kicked in the crotch by a horse but otherwise good.

Any appointments nor ultrasounds this week? Just my normal bi-weekly appt with my MW.

Rants and raves? Rave: I have my coed friends shower tonight that I'm so excited for! Rant: LO is sooo low, last two appointments my MW has found his head basically buried in my pelvis and it's extremely uncomfortable. And it makes me feel like I have to pee all the time even when I literally just went.

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book? I've always loved the Bernstein Bears books.

Increasingly tired, lots of pressure and leaking.

Had one on Friday, LO is doing awesome, he's anterior and was down. FX that he stays that way.

Rants and raves?
Rave: I scored some awesome deals at Carter's. Also, the babies room is ready!
Rant: OB has to checks placenta position again because he thinks it may be too low, which would mean no vbac for me.

GTKY: What is your favorite children's book?

Squash and 32 weeks. Feeling- not the greatest. I had my biweekly appt last week. I scheduled my next 3 for 33, 35, and 36 weeks. Rave- busy end of week and weekend! A lot of fun (won some baskets at the annual Wine & Cheese Bingo). DH held true to the baby name deadline. I think we are set. Rant- I am tired from all the running around. We had almost 3.5 break between wedding and reception yesterday. It made for a long day. Fave books- Dr Seuss, late elementary/ middle school- Babysitters Club,
Bridge to Terabithia, VC Andrews.
