How Fast Did You Find Out?

Hey Guys,
How long after you had sex did you find out you were pregnant? I remember last time my body felt different so soon and took a test and couldn't believe I was pregnant. Sort of feeling the same way but maybe just being hopeful.

I was charting. I took a test 12 days after ovulation. I had no symptoms for another 2-3 weeks. My body felt no different.

Um well. If you are far enough along for symptoms then you are far enough along to POAS.
But what do I know? I just took a lot of women's study classes ( at CORNELL), I actually wrote the "Penis apologizes." a companion to the "Vagina Monologues".

We can't track ovulation, since my periods are so irregular (anywhere from 14-38 days). If you say we had sex on days 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6; I got a BFN on day 13 and 15, then a positive on day 17. I can't tell you which day we actually conceived, though.

I found out with #1 8 days after ovulation but 11 days after sex

#2 I found out 9 days after ovulations

# 3 10 days after ovulation but 13 days after sex

I knew when I ovulated all 3 times and just started testing at 7 dpo

We did an IUI so I tested as soon as I possibly could have gotten a positive test. I did not feel any different, I was pretty sure AF would be arriving in a few days. I really didn't start having any symptoms will around 6 weeks and that was only sore boobs.

Why can't you track ovulation? OPKs & charting will let you know when you ovulate regardless of if your cycle length and if it changes. (OPKs predict your body is gearing up to ovulate, and charting your temperatures confirms ovulation.) Plenty of women with irregular cycles chart. Charting is the only way to truly track ovulation.

My cycles are 30-56 days and I tracked every month. I got pregnant 1st month (48 day cycle), 2nd month (30 day cycle) and 3rd month (36 day cycle) If I hadn't been it would have taken forever. Some people are not that lucky but not tracking it would have been much longer I imagine

We did the deed on Sunday, I felt cramping on Monday (assumed it was O), the following Monday (7DPO), I had one tiny pink dot of blood when I wiped (implantation?) and by Thursday (10DPO) I had my BFP. Although I also had just the "feeling" that I was by about 4-5 DPO.
