Not sure why the paragraph deleted itself...I apologize.
On March 10th, I found out that I'm pregnant. We are over the moon excited but cautious due to a prior miscarriage. I'm doing my best to not worry or let things get the best of me. I do not want to stress! (who does, I know lol) Well, yesterday my SO went to work only to be told it would be his last day. The shop he worked for closed it's doors. I'm trying to be optimistic and tell myself it's better to have happened now rather than when the baby is born and I'm out of work. I'm finding it difficult to stay calm all the time though.
Any suggestions on what I can do to just relax? Even if it's just a funny story to take my mind off it LOL
Re: Don't stress, they say...will someone please tell me how?
Sorry to hear about your SO being out of work. Hope he can find something soon.
I know how you feel about trying not to stress out. A few days after we found out we were pregnant, I found out my parents were separating. I'm 33 so you think I wouldn't take it so rough...not the case. I blame the hormones. I find watching comedies is helpful. Hopefully the little one likes all the jiggling & laughing. I also heard yoga is helpful.
Good Luck:)
Sorry to hear about your parents. Though I'm sure the hormones are playing a part, I'm sure that's not easy at any age!
