This check-in is open to anyone that is part of the SAIF community and is currently TTC again, either on their own, or via injectibles, IUI, IVF, adoption, etc. Occasionally, I do a bit of clean up. If you have dropped off and would like to be added again, just comments and you'll be back in business
TTC again, even after successfully bringing home a LO (or multiple LOs) is a stressful process for all of us, and this group is meant to allow us the opportunity to provide support and suggestions to one another, and to receive the same in return.
A check-in will be posted every week. Please send me a PM or reply to the check-in post if you would like to be added to the group. Each check-in will provide the opportunity for you to provide an update as to where you currently are in your TTC.

ancp27 - 1/15 - We are TTC, kind of. We planned to go back to the RE this month but still no AF. I'll start charting for a few months once it's back. I'm not sure if we'll do any IUI'S r go straight to IVF. Hopefully we'll get lucky again.
Ducky719 – 3/12 - No update for me.
Mayzie15 – 3/19 - I'm getting over bronchitis and MH is almost done with his shingles. My hysteroscopy is tomorrow- lucky me. I've been using my Opks and no signs of ovulation yet hoping the procedure doesn't mess it up or delay our cycle for April.
mnj05 – 3/19 - not much of one here, just tracking any signs of ovulation, which is zilch. DH is starting to freak out about money and IVF so I'm really really hoping a surprise pregnancy happens.
TTC, with treatments
BabyKsMommy - 3/19 - Well im 10 DPO and I think I have peed on 10 pregnancy tests today. I'm getting the faintest of lines. So I had my beta done today but have to wait till tomorrow to get the results. I'm super anxious. I don't think my husband believes a line is a line lol.
Bellalou – 3/19 - AF arrived today so, patch is on & hoping for a 4-7 FET.
ccam - 3/19 - Not much to update. Still waiting on AF so we can start FET #3.
Efhoping2010 – 3/19 - Right now I am disagreeing with my RE over protocol, he wants me to do MDLF again but with EPP this time, and I do not because of the last time I used it. I want Antagonist with EPP this time and no bcp which is what the CC*RM wanted me to try. Plus I am still working on getting DH to agree to another PESA, fresh this time, as it gives us the best chance. I am about at the three month mark for a June cycle and need to start the DHEA and Coq10 if we are going to cycle, so I am feeling pressed for time and a decision.
fullfhope – 3/5 - RE remains optimistic that we will be successful, so new protocol will be estrogen patch at end of next cycle to discourage my body and ovaries from pre selecting a dominant follicle for the cycle, to then be able to encourage more follicles to grow (I apologize if many of you are already familiar with this strategy, it is new for me). So, we are in a "natural" cycle now. Expect to move forward in about 4-5 weeks
mdiblasi10 - 3/19 - I am on day four of Aygestin and start Lupron on Sunday. I go back on the 30th for an u/s and b/w to be sure I am sufficiently suppressed and then I start stims.
MoFree - 3/5 - Unfortunately I'm out since I got a BFN on Sunday, leaving me angry, bitter and in shock. I will be on hold for a little while since I am not ready to be OAD and right now don't have the emotional reserves to even think about a fresh cycle.
Pam MG - 3/19 - I am what seems to be the longest 2WW every and I promised mil we would go see her on Monday which happens to be FIL second passing anniversary
PennyLane26 – 3/19 - I am PUPO! Transferred one beautiful hatching blast on Tuesday 3/18. Now in the 2WW until beta on 3/31. Snuggle in baby!
Prettyaccountant – 3/19 - Started Meds and had first ultrasound which showed nothing. 4 on one side and 6 on the other but all under 10. Combine that with the last analysis DH had showing 1 non motile sperm - and I feel like I am doomed here.
readyornot24 – 2/19 - I am finishing up BCP on Sunday and then stims start next week. I can't believe this process is starting again, really hoping the change to antagonist with HGH is the lucky ticket.
srveatch – 3/19 - I had my FET on Wednesday. They transferred one blast. I sure do hope this time is different than last month. How early can you POAS and have a reliable result with a 5 day blast FET?.
STL34 – 3/19 - I transferred one beautiful 6 cell day 3 embryo on Thursday, March 20. Unfortunately the clinic failed to do assisted hatching as planned. I am still trying to be hopeful that this is going to work. I am sorry I hadn't updated in a while. We started stims and there was nothing measurable at my first monitoring ultrasound and my estrogen had gone down. So, we were almost cancelled. I stimmed way longer than I ever have before and ended up having 7 eggs retrieved. I got a call the next day that most were immature and only 1 fertilized. So, we transferred it last Thursday.
trigirl79 - 3/19 - Stopped prometrium after Sunday dose. Still spotting. Bloodwork and U/S on 3/21. No clue what's going on

millie1984 - 1/15 - We are not actively trying yet, but MH and I have an appointment with our RE today to talk about IVF for TTC#2. We are going to go over things like cost and if our insurance will cover PGD, etc. We are also going to see if I am a candidate for IVF. So we're hoping to come out of the day with a game plan and more of a timeline for when we want to start officially TTC again.
Robeano - 12/27 - after some soul searching, I'm gonna take a break from trying until I get down to pre-pregnancy weight. I gained a bunch of weight in the last two months and I don't want to start off being pregnant this heavy.

Cwhitaker27 - 3/12 - 25 weeks today. Had my GTT on Monday. I haven't heard anything back, so far no news is good news. Continuing to be team green!
Eve_Angelique - 3/19 - Going to find out if we're team blue or team pink next week! We didn't find out the gender with our first, and I am so excited to find out this time!!!
Kdfecarie, EDD 8/29/14 (CS 8/22/14) - 3/19 - Still plugging away here, hubby finally decided to be team green, and i could not be happier! I am so excited!
carrera317 – 2/19 - I am about 12 weeks. I found out yesterday the results of my harmony test. All is normal for chromosomes 13, 18, and 21 and the sex ones. We found out the gender but are torn on whether to tell people. We didn't find out w our boy and it was so fun. Either way, results allowed us to have some relief and now we actually "feel" pregnant. I can't wait to tell my parents and son!
Kissies - 2/26 - I'm late on my update b/c I wanted to see what ob had to say, then I got a migraine! I'm happy to report I finally stopped spotting bright red! Still on PIO daily for now. in 4 weeks she's considering switching me to weekly shots I asked her to please ask high risk dr. I cracked and got zofran the nausea and vomitting was too severe so hard I can't even tolerate water the most! I have my anatomy scan and next appt in 4 weeks.
LeoLauren - 1/15 - It's official. BFP x 2! Omg (what I'll be saying a lot for the next 7 months)!
Mnerani – 3/12 - 10.5 weeks and look like I'm 16 weeks or so. I'm sure everyone around me is just waiting for me to announce- no one will be surprised. My NT scan is on Tuesday of next week. I'll only be 11w2d, but we travel to the States the next day, so it was the latest I could schedule it. I'm bummed that MH will miss it due to travel, but that's pretty much how it goes with us.
Ironmom2be - 3/19 - Betas doubled, I had a tiny bit of pink spotting last week but it went away as quickly as it came. Last night I started spotting again so nurse had me come in today for an u/s (I'm 6w2d) so she hoped we'd see something. Lil' Bean measured exactly 6w2d and had a hb of 120. I go back next Tuesday for my previously scheduled u/s at 7w

Julie21613 - LO is 5 months old and we have just scheduled an appointment with my RE. Haven't gotten AF yet as I'm still bf. Not exclusively, but still several times a day. I plan on stopping mid April, before my appointment. We have not used any birth control since Maggie was born. Was hoping for a surprise miracle. Thinking we will probably cycle in June.

QOTD: for now i say 2 things, and having a toddler in the middle of terrible 2s and terthing k9 teeth sucks!
"Lord give me strength" and "God help me..."
Started TTC in 2006, LOTS of trying, and trying, and 7 rounds of IVF with 13 embryos, 2 perfect little boys and 5 loses....
All finished with babies, started to make diet changes, Keto, to be MORE for my kids, lost 30 pounds, still going, and 3 months in, I had a natural cycle, and then ovulated... Hubs and I are going to see what happens now... Maybe a natural pregnancy? After everything we have been through? Or just a return to normal hormones? We shall see what the future holds!

QOTW: I've been saying "Are you kidding me?" a lot lately. My kids at school are horrible right now and it doesn't help that we're five weeks away from state testing and our admin is putting some serious pressure on us.

Me 38 MH 41 - TTC since June 2010 - dx with Severe MFI. Straight to IVF with ICSI. IVF #1 - ER 06/13/12 - 9 Eggs Retrieved - 4 ICSI'd - only 2 fert. 06/15/12 - 2DT - 3 cell & 6 cell with fragmentation. Beta 06/29/12 - IVF #1 = BFN. 07/20/12 - WTF Appt -Told by our RE to quit IVF. Second Opinion from RE is good. IVF#2 - November 2012. Estradiol Pills Started 11/6. Stims start 11/16. ER 11/26 - 7 eggs retrieved - all mature. 4 fertilized with ICSI. ET 11/29 Transferred 3 embryos. Beta is 12/10. 1st Beta 81 2nd Beta 160 and 3rd beta 360!!! First U/S 12/21/12 - We saw one beautiful gest. sac. 2nd U/S is 01/04/2013 - H/B 183 02/05/13 - NT Scan - everything looks good and IT'S A BOY! Aiden was born 08/20/2013.
IVF #2 is in progress. ER was 05/12/14 - 11 eggs retrieved, 8 fertilized with ICSI. ET was 05/15/14 - we transferred 3 embryos as we did on the cycle my son was conceived. We were able to freeze 3 embryos. Beta is scheduled for 05/26/14. 1st beta - 111. 2nd beta - 159 didn't double
3rd beta Friday 5/30) - not a lot of hope left. Beta # 3 is 247 - probably ectopic. Beta # 4 is 813 - possibly vanishing multiple sydrome? 06/05/14 - 5w4days - first U/S - we see a gestational sac and yolk - still have hope! 06/17/14 - 7w1day - U/S and saw and heard the heartbeat - Finally! 06/27/14 - 8w4days - Baby and heartbeat look and sound great

Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born.
6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived
10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP
Lil' Bean measured exactly 6w2d and had a hb of 120. I go back next Tuesday for my previously scheduled u/s at 7w.

Update: I transferred one beautiful 6 cell day 3 embryo on Thursday, March 20. Unfortunately the clinic failed to do assisted hatching as planned. I am still trying to be hopeful that this is going to work.
I am sorry I hadn't updated in a while. We started stims and there was nothing measurable at my first monitoring ultrasound and my estrogen had gone down. So, we were almost cancelled. I stimmed way longer than I ever have before and ended up having 7 eggs retrieved. I got a call the next day that most were immature and only 1 fertilized. So, we transferred it last Thursday.
QOTD: Probably "really" or my daughter's name. But, my daughter's name is usually just in response to her saying "mommy" about a million times a day (and during the week I only see her for a little bit).

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
