Teething, already?

My daughter is 13 weeks, today. Lately she has been drooling like crazy, and constantly stuffing her hands in her mouth. Since Saturday evening, she has been extremely fussy. Crying throughout the day, and just acting like she can't get comfortable. She will nap, and will have her happy times but when she "freaks out" - she really goes for it, lol. Could she be teething already?

Re: Teething, already?

  • We have the same thing going on here, and my mom and MIL both say teething.

  • Happened to ask this a pedi yesterday...she said totally normal. It will appear that they are teething, but you wont see teeth for another month or so. My girls are 4 months.

  • Feel around for little bumps in her gum line.

  • DD started teething around that time too, but her two bottom teeth didn't pop through until 5 1/2 months old. Hopefully they pop through for you though, since after the teeth are through the gums, a happy baby returns!!
This.  But DS just got his 1st tooth 2 days ago.

If they seem fussy, try an amber teething necklace. DS loves his and it takes away the fussiness without me needing to give him tylenol.  I'm giving one away on my blog. See siggy for link :)
  • We have been putting an amber anklet on DS and he has been chewing on everything he gets his hands on but isn't as fussy. We got ours on etsy.
