    @teds1chic me too. I've put in for a new position at work. It would make me take a side step on my career trajectory but it would give me more time with DS. And after reading that article it really struck me that I was doing the right thing.

    This was really beautiful and I wish I could have known this when I was in the midst of 4 month old reflux hell because I feel like my daughter was 9 months old before I really got a chance to enjoy her and now every second is precious.  At the time days felt like years and I was holding on by a thread and now the months have slipped by so fast and soon will turn to years and I cannot believe that she is growing up this fast.  I needed this then and I am holding it tight now.
