At the hospital for induction!! (jennbaylor12) UPDATED!!!

Here we go!! I'm at the hospital, starting Cervidil tonight and, potentially, starting Pitocin in the morning. Will update when something interesting happens :-)

Jacob Michael Allan is here!!! 9lbs 8oz, 20in - short story - Pit drip got things moving, when the Dr came in to check progress we discovered that he'd flipped since Tuesday and was now breech :-/ 30mins later I was in the OR having a c-section and here he is :-)

Morning ladies! Thanks for asking @Jt7dreamz‌ :-)
They started the Cervidil at 9:30p when I was dilated to about 2; 8hrs later at 5:30a I was dilated to a whopping 2.5 :-( They took out the Cervidil and gave me an hour rest, then came back and just now started the Pit drip. I'm incredibly disappointed but focusing on the positives - I will have my baby in my arms very soon!! DH is asking me to reconsider the possibility of an epidural, I've agreed to discuss it with him when he wakes up and I've had some time to see how the Pit is.... It is set to titrate up every half hour. I'll check back in after a while, hopefully there will be more encouraging progress!!
