I started the new thyroid medication on Tuesday and have lost 2lbs already!

Still +12 since thyroid went haywire but being positive so -2 total

- I have made sure just because I'm on medicine that will help me lose weight I have to do my part and have made fairly healthy meals all week. Yesterday we were tired but still cooked healthy and didn't get take out
